1. Reservation and Payment
- Booking is confirmed once 50% down payment is received.
- Dates are first come, first served.
- Remaining balance is paid upon arrival.

These rules keep stays safe, organized, and fair for all guests.
2. Security Deposit
- Refundable ₱2,000 security deposit is required at check-in.
- Deposit is returned at checkout if there is no damage or missing item.
- Damage costs are deducted from deposit when applicable.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to date availability.
4. Capacity and Schedule
- Maximum 20 guests per booking unless pre-approved.
- Day Use: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Overnight: Check-in 2:00 PM, Check-out 12:00 NN.
5. Conduct, Safety, and Cleanliness
- Keep noise at reasonable levels after 10:00 PM.
- Swimming is at guest risk; children must be supervised.
- Dispose of waste properly and keep the beach clean.
- Management may decline or end stays for policy violations.
