Resort Policies

These rules keep stays safe, organized, and fair for all guests.

1. Reservation and Payment

  • Booking is confirmed once 50% down payment is received.
  • Dates are first come, first served.
  • Remaining balance is paid upon arrival.

2. Security Deposit

  • Refundable ₱2,000 security deposit is required at check-in.
  • Deposit is returned at checkout if there is no damage or missing item.
  • Damage costs are deducted from deposit when applicable.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to date availability.

4. Capacity and Schedule

  • Maximum 20 guests per booking unless pre-approved.
  • Day Use: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Overnight: Check-in 2:00 PM, Check-out 12:00 NN.

5. Conduct, Safety, and Cleanliness

  • Keep noise at reasonable levels after 10:00 PM.
  • Swimming is at guest risk; children must be supervised.
  • Dispose of waste properly and keep the beach clean.
  • Management may decline or end stays for policy violations.
